Delivery Policy:

  1. Local Delivery Fee: There is a varying local delivery fee for each address depending on distance included in your order. Please note that for deliveries outside our immediate local delivery area, this fee may vary.

  2. Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off: To ensure same-day delivery for orders within the U.S., please make sure they are received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for delivery on the following day.

  3. Preferred Delivery Times: While we will make every effort to accommodate specific delivery times, we regret that we cannot guarantee exact timing.

  4. Sunday Deliveries: We do not conduct deliveries on Sundays. Any orders placed on this day will be promptly delivered on the next business day.

  5. Special Addresses: Please be advised that we cannot guarantee deliveries to rural route addresses or cemeteries.

  6. Inclement Weather Policy: In cases of inclement weather, if our staff deems it safe, deliveries will be left at the recipient's door. However, in freezing weather conditions, unless otherwise instructed by the recipient, the arrangement will be brought back to our shop for a rescheduled delivery. We will reach out to the recipient for further coordination.

  7. International Orders: For international orders, kindly get in touch with our shop directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to process international orders through our website.
